I run a small crew in South Miami-Dade. Mowing, edging, pressure washing and yard cleanups - one number for the whole outside of your house.
What I do
Most people hire a lawn guy, then a pressure washing guy, then somebody else for the yard cleanup after a storm. I'd rather just handle it.
Mow, edge the driveway and walkways, string trim the corners, blow off the pavement so it looks finished. Light hedge work included.
Driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, house exteriors and roofs. South Florida humidity turns concrete black in about two years. It comes off.
Overgrown yards, storm debris, ficus and mango drop, hauling piles to the curb.
Why one company
The lawn guy comes Tuesday. The pressure washing guy said he'd call back three weeks ago. Somebody has to drag the ficus branches to the curb before Wednesday pickup.

Recurring service
Weekly is the right call from May through October - Miami grass grows fast once the rain starts, and biweekly means we're cutting off a third of the blade every visit. That's how lawns get scalped and stressed.
November through April, biweekly is usually plenty.
We'll figure out which one your yard needs when I look at it.
