That's the black on your driveway, the dark streaks running down your roof tiles, the green film on the north side of the house. It comes back every couple of years and it comes off every time.
Send a photo. Most of the time that's all I need - I can see the square footage, how bad the staining is and whether it's concrete or pavers, and text you a number back the same day.
Roofs I like to look at in person before I quote. Tile, shingle and flat all get handled differently.
What we clean
Hot water and a surface cleaner, not a wand, so you don't get zebra stripes.
Soft wash, low pressure and the right chemical. High pressure strips the granules off shingles and cracks barrel tile. We don't do that.
Stucco, siding, soffits and gutters, soft wash.
Inside and out, screens and tracks, no streaks.
Cleaned with the right pressure for the surface so the outside of the house looks maintained.
If we're already cutting your grass, I can put cleaning on a schedule - usually once a year before the holidays - so it never gets bad enough to notice.
