What's included every visit

Mow, edge, trim, blow, and keep the lines clean.

  • Mow at the right height for St. Augustine - we cut high, around 3.5 to 4 inches, because short grass in Miami sun burns and lets weeds in.
  • Edge along the driveway, sidewalk and beds so the lines stay sharp.
  • String trim around the fence, A/C pad, mailbox and anything the mower can't reach.
  • Blow off the driveway, walkway and patio before we leave.
  • Light hedge and shrub trimming to keep things off the walls and windows.

No extra charge for any of that. It's one price.

How I price it

Lot size, how much edging there is, and how much hedge work you want. That's it. A tight Cutler Bay lot and a half-acre in Pinecrest aren't the same job, so I'm not going to pretend they cost the same.

You get the number before the first cut, and it doesn't change unless the yard does. No fuel surcharge, no per-visit extras for blowing off the driveway.
