Service areas
I stay tight to the areas below so the route works and I can actually show up when I say I will. If you're just outside, ask anyway - sometimes it works out.
Where I'm based. Standard lots, mostly St. Augustine, a lot of ficus hedges that need to be kept off the fence line. Weekly service runs on set route days out here.
Big lots and mature trees. Oak and mango drop constantly, and half-acre-plus yards take real equipment, not a push mower. If your yard is over a half acre, I'll quote it after I see it.
Long driveways and a lot of shade, which means moss on the concrete and thin patches in the grass. Mowing plus an annual driveway wash covers most of what people out here need.
Newer construction, tighter lots, paver driveways. Pavers need lower pressure, and we handle them carefully so you don't get a wavy, sunken driveway a year later.
Older homes, smaller yards, tight side gates. I know which mowers fit through a 36-inch gate and which don't. Street parking is usually the harder part.
Hedges have to stay clean and the coral rock stains fast under the oaks. If your HOA or the city has specific rules about hedge height or debris at the curb, tell me and we'll work to them.
